The event was opened by Ms Marisa Antonopoulou who presented to the participants the actions of the non for profit organization Action Finance Initiative - AFI.
Later, D. Paksimadis referred to the timeless shift of Marketing from the offered result/product, to the individual/client and how its development set in its center the human being. Moreover, he explained the replacement of 4Ps Marketing Mix with the new S.A.V.E. model explaining its advantages and presented the value of personalized services and Differential Marketing.
Subsequently, Mr Paksimadis set a Business Model and referred to Business Model Canvas as one holistic approach tool with customer centered approach. He analyzed the procedure of creating a BMC for a Non-for-Profit, the six stages that must be followed and the very successful campaign of Unicef based on BMC.
Lastly, BMC was implemented on the spot for a young NGO with the participation of the attendants. Then, as always happens, followed an open discussion where questions were answered and where Mr Paksimadis shared “tips & tricks” from his experience using BMC.
